PoE 3.28 added a new Intelligence Support Gem, Exemplar Support: Supports Minion skills, causing your minions to have increased Critical Strike Chance and Critical Strike Multiplier for each of your own recent Critical Strikes.

Exemplar Support is a PoE 3.28 new Intelligence Support Gem. Tag: Critical, Support, Minion. Level: 20 (Max). Cost & Reservation Multiplier: 120%. Quality: +20%. Requires Level 70, 48 Str, 70 Int. Supports skills that create minions. Minions from Supported Skills have 20% increased Critical Strike Chance Minions from Supported Skills have 40% increased Critical Strike Chance for each time you've Critically Struck recently with an Attack, up to 200% Minions from Supported Skills have +20% to Critical Strike Multiplier for each time you've Critically Struck recently with an Attack, up to +100% This is a Support Gem. It does not grant a bonus to your character, but to skills in sockets connected to it. Place into an item socket connected to a socket containing the Skill Gem you wish to augment. Right click to remove from a socket.

How to get Exemplar Support?

• Exemplar Support is now offered to the Templar for completing Sharp and Cruel, and can be purchased from Yeena by the Witch and Scion.

Exemplar Support Build Guide

• Support Target: It supports Minion skills.
• Primary Benefit: Your minions gain increased Critical Strike Chance and Critical Strike Multiplier.
• Trigger Condition: The magnitude of these bonuses is based on each of your own recent Critical Strikes.

This gem is best suited for Minion Critical Strike builds (e.g., Carrion Golems, Summon Raging Spirits, or any minion using Spirit Offering).

Since the bonus depends on your attacks, this gem is less effective in "pure" minion builds where the player stands still. It excels in "Battlemage" style archetypes where the player is actively diving into combat alongside their summons.

Exemplar Support transforms your minions into crit-monsters, provided you maintain a high attack rate. It effectively rewards players for being aggressive rather than just staying on the sidelines.
