Hallowing Flame
Hallow supports melee attacks, causing them to inflict a new debuff: Hallowing Flame.
Hallowing Flame turns your Warcries into engines of holy consecration. Hallowing Flame builds up as charges on enemies, getting consumed when attacked to cause rapid cascades of explosive energy. Consuming a stack of Hallowing Flame gives the attack that consumed it a significant amount of extra fire damage - but only those who did not inflict the Hallowing Flame are able to consume it.

Also added sources of this debuff to a number of other places, such as unique items, cluster jewels, and the Guardian ascendancy class.
Added a new Strength/Intelligence Support Gem, Hallow: Supports melee attacks you use yourself, causing them to inflict Hallowing Flame on melee hit. Does not modify skills used by minions.
The Supreme Truth Unique Sceptre no longer grants 20% increased Elemental Damage, and instead now grants Attacks with this Weapon inflict Hallowing Flame on Hit.
Guardian: The Guardian now has an additional 2-point Ascendancy Notable: Marshal of Divinity. This Notable grants Inflict Hallowing Flame on Melee Hit, You can inflict +1 Hallowing Flame on Enemies, and Gain 10% of Physical Damage as Extra Lightning Damage for each of your Hallowing Flames that have been removed by an allied hit recently, up to 80%.
